Instructions

2_03201 FUSILLI SALAD with MUSHROOMS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 3 cloves of chopped garlic, lemon, 8 basil leaves, 125 g peeled walnuts, Roquefort, 60 g 200 g 250 g fusilli, champignons, granny smith apples, 6 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper.

Peel and chop the garlic; squeeze the lemon and chop the Basil.

Do Brown the walnuts in a pan and let cool on paper towels.

Cut Roquefort into pieces and keep aside to cool.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package, pass it under running water, drain and refrigerate.
