Fusilli pasta with beans

FUSILLI with 03632 BEANS INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 350 g fusilli, 300 g fresh shelled beans, 50 g of diced pancetta, chopped celery, carrot, onion and parsley, peeled 250 g, a nut, oil, salt and pepper Saute pancetta PROCEDURE with the chopped 4 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Add the beans and the tomatoes coarsely chopped.
Stir and add a cup of boiling water in which you did loose the nut.
Add salt and pepper and continue cooking covered container and very low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
If it were to over-dry add more boiling water.
Boil the pasta and cook them al dente.
Seasoned with bean sauce.
