2_03138 BAKED SPAGHETTI INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 160 g spaghetti 200 g of fresh tomatoes, 8 black olives, 1 tablespoon of capers, 1 sprig of basil, 1 sprig of parsley, 4 teaspoons of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Scalded tomatoes for one minute in boiling water, Peel, seed and chop give them.
Place them in a bowl with oil, pitted olives, a pinch of salt and pepper and the parsley and finely chopped Basil.
Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water, making sure that they stay nicely al dente, then drain them and pour into the bowl.

Serve immediately.
