Instructions

03955 LASAGNE ALLA BOLOGNESE INGREDIENTS for 6 PEOPLE For the sauce: 200 g minced beef, 150 g Minced pork, 100 g chicken livers, 1/2 onion, 1 carrot, 1 stalk of celery, 200 g of tomato sauce, 30 g butter, salt, pepper.

For lasagna: 400 g white flour, 2 eggs, 5 dl of white sauce, 60 g Parmesan, 60 g butter, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt.

To prepare the meat sauce, Peel, wash and mince together the onion, carrot and celery and soffriggeteli in a pan with the butter.

Add minced meat and chicken livers, cleaned and chopped.

When all is well browned, add tomato sauce.

Add salt and pepper and cook over low heat, with the lid for an hour and a half, stirring occasionally.

Chop a very thin sheet and cut it into rectangles.

Cook lasagna in boiling salted water, topped with a tablespoon of oil, so that it doesn't stick together.

Drain and stendetele to dry next to each other on a cloth.

Grease a baking dish and fill it with alternating layers of lasagna, meat sauce, grated cheese and bechamel sauce.

On the last layer pour a little sauce and butter in walnuts.

Cook all at 160ø, for about half an hour, until the surface is browned.

Served hot.
