Thimbles with fresh beans with ham

A03174 THIMBLES with fresh BEANS with HAM INGREDIENTS for 6 PERSONS 400 g of thimbles, 400 g fresh shelled beans, 300 g of tomatoes, 6 tablespoons of olive oil, 60 g ham, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 stalk of celery, basil, bay leaf, Rosemary, salt, pepper, 80 g of Parmesan cheese.
In a saucepan heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil, then add the onion, carrot and chopped celery.
Add a sprig of Rosemary.
When everything is browned, elongated with water or light broth, stir, add the beans, bring back cooking long, soft focus, without ever coming to a boil.
Meanwhile, in another saucepan, heat the rest of the oil, clean with sliced ham, put in the tomato pulp is passed, or the tomatoes blanched, peeled, cleaned of seeds, cut into fillets, a few leaves of Basil and a pinch of pepper.
