Pappardelle with four cheeses and saffron

03820 PAPPARDELLE with 4 CHEESES and saffron INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE a pack of 4 cheese sauce ready, a pack of pappardelle, 200 g of asparagus tips, a sachet of Saffron, 4 tablespoons of grated cheese, salt, pepper.
In a saucepan the blanched asparagus tips in boiling salted water.
Drain, roundtrip in a bowl and pour the 4 cheese sauce.
Stir.
Add the Saffron dissolved in two tablespoons of cooking water asparagus and stir well.
Boil the noodles al dente, drain and dress with the sauce; divide into individual plates and sprinkle with the grated cheese and ground black pepper.
Serve.
