Cheese cannoli

Preheat oven to 190ø.
Place the feta in a bowl and mash with a fork, add the beaten eggs, grated cheese, chopped dill and mix the ingredients.
Unroll dough sheets and wire always coil them in a damp cloth.
Cut a sheet in two squares and spennellatelo with oil or melted butter.
Place on one end with little amount of cheese filling and rolled up to form a very thin cannolo.
Continue in the same way with the other sheets of dough, creating around 8 cannoli, it is important to keep the pasta sheets in damp cloth waiting to use them.
Brush the surface of the pastry rolls with remaining oil, place in a greased baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden.
Cut each into 3 parts cannolo and serve.
