03667 CHIFFERINI the PUMPKIN CREAM 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 500 g pumpkin into pieces, 400 g of pasta type chifferini, 150 g cheese, 1 liter of water, 50 ml of cream, 1 sachet of Saffron, salt, pepper, nutmeg.
PROCEDURE Put in a pot of water, salt, saffron and squash, simmer for about 20 minutes.
Add the pasta and cook for the time required.
Drain the pasta and squash and place in a serving dish with a little of the cooking water.
Add the ricotta, cream, pepper and nutmeg and mix gently.
Put in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Served hot.
