Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g of pasta like fusilli.

400 g tomato pulp; 250 g of mozzarella; 2 cloves of garlic; Chili; oil; oregano; Salt; Finely chop garlic and place it to fry with oil in an earthenware casserole.

Before browned garlic, add the tomatoes and cook in covered container for 10 minutes.

Cook the pasta in salted water.

Meanwhile cut the mozzarella into small cubes and add it to the tomato sauce with chilli.

Drain the pasta and pour into crock pot.

Add the oregano and over high heat, Cook for a few seconds, stirring constantly until the mozzarella is saràfusa and mixed with the sauce and the pasta.
