BRAISED HERBAL 2_03217 INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g of flour, 3 eggs, 60 g chopped chard (leaves only), 10 g of olive oil, 120 g butter, 4 sprigs fresh Marjoram, 4 sprigs of fresh oregano or 1 teaspoon dried oregano 2 sprigs of fresh mint, salt, pepper, 60 g of grated Parmesan.
For garnish: tomato, diced, or 2 sprigs basil leaves cut into strips.
Knead the beets with the flour, eggs, olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Pull the thin sheet and cut it into strips that fit on a floured cloth.
Chop all the herbs, add the softened butter and a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Cook al dente the strips and toss with melted butter, herbs, parmesan and fresh diced tomatoes and basil.
Serve hot.
