Instructions

S INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 320 g tagliatelle all'uovo, 30 g, 60 g of Diced Bacon, 20 g butter, 2 dl of cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Pour into a small saucepan the milk cream and heat the wax to moderate flame.

Add the butter and the grated Parmesan, season the sauce with a pinch of nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Let it shrink to 1/2 bright flame.

Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of water too salty and not join the cubes of bacon, two minutes before the pasta is cooked.

Drain, toss the noodles with the cream and serve immediately.
