Bucatini with fava beans

03859 BUCATINI with FAVA BEANS INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 450 g fresh shelled Fava Beans, 250 g thin strips, Cup 200 g spring onions novelli, 60 g of extra virgin olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper.
Remove onions from the green leaves, cut them and put them in a saucepan with oil and let them FRY for 6 minutes; Add the beans and salted them shortly, let stand for 3 minutes.
Add 100 cc of water and thyme and cook for 15 minutes.
If while cooking the sauce is too dry add a few tablespoons of pasta water.
In the last 5 minutes of cooking add the Cup.
Add salt and, with the sauce obtained, flavoured bucatini, not to mention a generous ground black pepper; guests or friends will never forget your bucatini.
