Instructions

03685 FUSILLI with MUSHROOMS and olives INGREDIENTS for 6 PERSONS 500 g fusilli, 200 g frozen mixed mushrooms sliced, 50 g of pitted black olives, 50 g pitted green olives, 10 g dried porcini mushroom, 50 g of dry white wine, 50 g of olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, salt and pepper.

PROCEDURE Put to soak in warm water and dried mushrooms for 10 minutes.
