Fusilli with radicchio rosso

03605 FUSILLI with RADICCHIO ROSSO 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 400 g fusilli pasta type, 300 g of Red radicchio, 150 g fresh stracchino (or cottage cheese), 100 g fresh whipping cream, 50 g, 40 g butter, 1/2 chives, salt and pepper PROCEDURE wash the chicory, dry well and cut into strips.
Cook in plenty of salted boiling water for 7 minutes, then strain it, holding water for cooking pasta.
Prepare a mixture with the butter and the onion, add the radicchio and pour the wine.
Add salt and pepper, stir and let flavour for a few minutes.
Cook the fusilli into water held by al dente, drain well and add to the radicchio.
Stir and keep warm.
Worked stracchino with cream, bake the dough and serve immediately.
