Instructions

INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE a large onion, eggplant, Zucchini, two 100 g of celery, 1 carrot, 250 g tomato sauce, parmesan, salt, pepper, oil, 350 grams of feathers.

CASE clean the vegetables, cut them into cubes and rosolatele in a pan with a little oil.

Add the tomato sauce, add salt and pepper and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.

Cook the penne in abundant salted water and drain underdone.

Season the sauce and serve with grated Parmesan.
