Instructions

03410 PENS to BYZANTIUM INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 320 g pasta like penne.

400 g tomato pulp; 1 bunch of Basil; 2 cloves garlic; 1 spoonful of vinegar; 4 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil; oregano, salt, pepper.

Pour the tomato pulp in a terrinetta, add the thinly sliced basil, vinegar, oil, garlic pressed, salt and oregano.

Mix well as a salad and let marinate.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water; drain well and dress with the sauce.
