Lasagnette with pesto and ricotta
Instructions
03407 LASAGNETTE with PESTO and RICOTTA INGREDIENTS for 4 people: one package of pesto; 200 g fresh ricotta; 400 g fresh lasagne, olive oil, salt.
Cook the pasta in salted water.
Separately, pour the pesto in a terrinetta and add a spoonful of the pasta cooking water.
When the pasta will cook, drain and dress with pesto; mix well and add the chopped cheese and just turns and gently so that it remains still in pieces.
Serve.
