Fusilli with mackerel
Instructions
03285 FUSILLI with MACKEREL INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 3 mackerel; 300 g fusilli pasta type; 1/4 lt.
fish broth; 1 package of peeled tomatoes; 2 cloves of garlic; 1 tablespoon paprika; salt and oil; Lightly fry the garlic in a little oil, add the paprika and tomato Saute for a few minutes.
Add mackerel, cleaned and sliced, pasta and fry a few minutes.
Pour the broth and cook over low heat just enough.
Add salt and let it sit a bit before serving.
