Spaghetti with mushrooms (spaghetti con funghi)

03278 SPAGHETTI with MUSHROOMS INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 300 g of spaghetti; 400 g mushrooms; a glass of white wine; 2 cloves of garlic; parsley; salt and extra virgin olive oil; black pepper in grains.
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into pieces, Saute it in a little oil with garlic and parsley, all chopped, pour the wine and reduce the cooking liquid for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and toss with the mushrooms.
Serve with a ground black pepper.
