Instructions

03512 BLACK SQUID TAGLIATELLE with 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS for the dough: 500 g flour, 4 eggs, 1 tablespoon of cuttlefish, 1 tablespoon lemon juice.

For the sauce: 60 g of cuttlefish strips, 20 g of tomatoes to dadolini, 20 g of seasonal vegetables, 50 g extra virgin olive oil, 20 g butter, 1 clove of garlic, 1/2 glass of white wine, salt and pepper.

PROCEDURE Place the dough in fontana, the eggs, stir, add the cuttlefish and lemon.

Knead well.

Roll the dough, allow it to dry.

Cut the dough into pieces 25 cm length, pass the pasta and make noodles.

In a pan put oil, garlic and FRY for a few minutes, add the cuttlefish, warmed them good and wet with wine.

Let it evaporate and keep aside.

Meanwhile, Cook the pasta in plenty of water, drain and put it into the Pan, add the tomato and vegetables, stir-fry it, add salt and pepper.

Serve immediately.
