Spaghetti carbonara with bean sprouts

03973 VEGETARIAN CARBONARA SAUCE with SOY BEANS and legumes INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 bunch asparagus, 3 dl of warm water, 225 g of spaghetti, 1 clove of garlic, 25 g butter, salt, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 225 g 125 g of peas, soybeans, 1 teaspoon of Chili, 2 eggs, 3 dl soy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, parsley.
Soak the soy beans.
Cook asparagus in boiling water, drain, but reserve the cooking water, where you cook the spaghetti.
You blast the garlic in a large pot, add peas, soybeans and chili.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Add a little cooking water, if necessary.
Beat the eggs with the cream and pour the rest.
Seasoned everything.
Put the spaghetti in the Pan and pour the sauce by mixing.
Decorated with asparagus, parmesan cheese and grated parsley.
