Instructions

Put a pot full of water on the heat, bring to a boil and place the mussels, put into a dish, the lid of the pot and cook by steaming.

Meanwhile Brown the butter and onion in a saucepan and add the mushrooms.

Cook the penne in abundant salted water, season with this sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.
