03704 shells and BAKED SHRIMP INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g of shells, 150 g of shrimps, 100 g of smoked ham at one slice, 150 g of peas, 1 onion, dry white wine, olive oil and Virgin salt, pepper.
PROCEDURE wash the prawns and saute it in a few tablespoons of oil, then wet with wine.
Soften the finely chopped onion in oil, add the diced ham and peas, add salt, pepper and bring to cooking the peas (if you need to add 1 ladleful of water).
Boil the pasta, drain and dress with raw oil and pour the shrimp and peas, then pour on the paper bag and close.
Cook in the oven at 180° c for 10 minutes, then bring to the table the paperbag.
