Spaghetti with tuna and artichokes

03659 SPAGHETTI with tuna and ARTICHOKES INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 500 g spaghetti, 1 onion, garlic, 60 g of extra virgin olive oil, parsley, artichoke hearts, 2 1 red pepper, porcini mushrooms, 1 1 tin of peeled tomatoes, chilli, salt, pecorino or ricotta salata to taste, 1 can of tuna.
PROCEDURE Put in a pot, onion, garlic, parsley and olive oil, Cook for 3 minutes.
Add artichokes, bell pepper and mushroom cut.
Add the tomatoes, salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes.
When cooked add the tuna and cook for 3 minutes.
Seasoned spaghetti with this sauce and pecorino or ricotta grattugiateci over and serve immediately.
