02047 TABULE? 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 300 g fine bulgur, 1 bunch parsley chopped, a handful of chopped Mint, 1 onion, 5 ripe tomatoes, the juice of one lemon, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, 1/2 teaspoon crushed cumin.

PROCEDURE Put the bulgur to soak in cold water and allow to soften for 30 minutes; then cook in boiling salted water and drain.

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, slice the onion, add the parsley, mint, lemon juice and cumin oil, mix well and with these ingredients add the bulghur.

Keep in a cool place for an hour before serving.
