Instructions

01056 1056 FISH PUDDING INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE; half kg of cod fillets; 1 bottle of tomato sauce; 3 eggs; 1 onion; 1 clove of garlic; 1 lemon; lauro and oregano; salt and pepper; lettuce leaves.

Salted cod fillets, spray them with lemon juice Cook.

In a saucepan put the chopped onion and garlic, tomato sauce, herbs and cook thoroughly, very slow, for 20 minutes.

Mixed minced fish with the tomato sauce and the beaten eggs, flavored with salt and pepper.

Pour this mixture into a pan and cook in water bath in oven for 35 or 40 minutes.

Fish Pudding served with lettuce leaves, sliced.
