01208 MESS of NOODLES to 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS COURGETTES 225 g 150 g Parmesan noodles 1 egg 1/2 litre of milk 50 g flour 500 g Zucchini, oil, pepper and salt burre PROCESS Cook the noodles in salted water for 10 minutes, until al dente, drain and keep aside.
In a small saucepan melt the butter to which you will add the flour and milk, add salt and keep on stirring the sauce up when cooked.
You blast apart in a pan with a little oil, Zucchini cut into cubes, salted and mascolatele to the noodles.
Grease a baking pan with a little butter, place a layer of seasoned noodles with Zucchini, cover with the white sauce to which you will add the Parmesan cheese, put a second layer of noodles that back cover with the sauce.
Finish with the noodles to fit some zucchini slices just jump, a few tablespoons of bechamel and a good dose of Parmesan.
Bake for 30 minutes.
