Instructions

500 g mushrooms; 12 prawns; 8 leeks; 3 eggs; 2 cloves of garlic; 1 package of cream; parsley; butter; oil; salt and pepper; Fry the shrimp in a little oil for a few minutes, remove them and schiacciategli the head to get the gravy.
