Pâté of pepper cheese
Instructions
01130 PATE cheese with PEPPER SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 100 g goat cheese, 75 g of speisequarck, 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, black pepper in grains, toasted bread slices.
Blend the two cheeses, butter just enough to get a fine puree, insaporitelo with lemon juice and plenty of freshly ground pepper.
Serve the pat in a bowl with the toasted bread slices.
