Crown of fish and mussels

01115 CROWN of fish and MUSSELS INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 1 pack of frozen cod fillets; 300 g of prawns; 300 g mussels; 1 package of cream; 2 eggs plus 2 egg whites; 25 g butter; 2 tablespoons cornmeal; Boiled cod and shrimp in boiling salted water for 8 minutes.
Peel the shrimp and shredded cod.
Open the steamed mussels and remove the shell.
Beat the eggs with the cream and yellow flour, season with salt and pepper, add the cod and melted butter and last; incorporate the albuni mounted to snow.
Pour half of this mixture into a mold for buttered Crown, put over the mussels and shrimp, then cover with the rest of the preparation.
Close pressing well with aluminum foil and bake in the oven in a Bain-Marie for about 45 minutes.
