3 mushroom flan
Instructions
01100 MUSHROOM FLAN INGREDIENTS for 4 people: half a kg.
mushrooms, 6 eggs, 1 box of cream, 1 clove of garlic, butter, olive oil, parsley, salt and pepper.
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into pieces and saute it in a little oil with garlic and parsley, season with salt and pepper.
Mix the cream with 3 eggs and 3 egg yolks, add the mushrooms.
Grease a mould from flan, lined the bottom with a sheet of buttered white paper, fill it with the previously prepared.
Bake the flan in oven, Bain-Marie, for 45 minutes.
Turn the mold and cover with tomato sauce.
