01017 TRIO of spreads of CHEESE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE pâté of GORGONZOLA gorgonzola 1 ECT; 4 tablespoons mayonnaise; 4 tablespoons cream; 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley; PATE ' VERDE1 100 g goat's cheese; half cheese Terrine (Fiorello); 50 g butter; 5 tablespoons of cream; fresh herbs; (parsley, basil, etc.); salt and pepper; PÂTÉ OF FRESH CHEESE.
150 g of fresh cheese; 50 g butter; 50 g toasted hazelnuts; 3 tablespoons cream; 2 tablespoons cognac; salt and pepper; 1 PATE ': mix the cheese with mayonnaise, frullatelo with cream and parsley together.
PATE ' 2: Blend the two kinds of cheese with butter, cream and herbs just enough to obtain a homogeneous cream and savoury with salt and pepper.
3 spreads: Puree the cheese with the butter, cognac, cream, flavoured with salt and freshly ground pepper, add the chopped hazelnuts.
Serve the three types of pâté in terrines accompanied with toast.
