Instructions
Ingredients 1 kg mussels; 6 eggs; 8 tablespoons cream; 1 tbsp curry powder; salt and pepper; lauro Open mussels steamed with a little water and bay leaf; Remove the shells and debris the stock holding it aside; Keep aside 24 mussels, the rest blend with eggs, cream and cooking sauce of shellfish; Season with salt, pepper and curry; Divide this mixture into 6 small flan, previously buttered, Cook in the oven, Bain-Marie, until they are cooked (about 30 minutes); Before serving the adornateli flan with mussels kept aside.
