Instructions

01572 FISH FLAN with LEMON SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g cod or other white fish, 6 tablespoons of cornstarch, a beaten egg, a litre of milk, a nut for fish broth, a spoonful of mayonnaise, a glass of lime juice, a glass of cream, salt, pepper.

Cut the fish into pieces and cook for 2 minutes with a glass of water and the loose nut.

Retire it from heat and let it cool; drain it, keep it in the cooking water, clean it from the skin and the thorns and break it into small pieces.

Put on the heat the cooking water of the fish and, when bubbles, add the cornstarch dissolved in cold milk, without ceasing to stir.

When it thickens, add the cod and beaten egg, mix well, add salt and pepper, Cook for another 2 minutes, without ceasing to stir, and pour into a mold from a liter capacity, anointed with oil.

Let it cool a few hours and put.

In a sauce pan, mix the mayonnaise, lime juice and cream, obtaining a homogeneous sauce with which ungerete the walls of flan before serving on a baking sheet.
