Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE A Verona great celery or two small, 2 eggs, 100 g grated Grana Padano cheese, salt, For the bechamel: 1 milk, 2/3 0 g flour, 50 g of butter, a pinch of salt, a grating of nutmeg, pepper.

Wash the celery, sbucciatelo as if it were a potato and cut it into pieces.

Let it cook in salted water for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile prepare the sauce: melt the butter and then add the flour.

Mix well until obtaining a cream then pour a small amount of milk.

Mix thoroughly and add more milk until the mixture is completely smooth.

Salted and spiced with nutmeg and ground pepper.

Cook over low heat stirring until the sauce velerà the wooden spoon.

When the celery is cooked drain it well and let it cool.

In a bowl beat the eggs with the Grana Padano cheese, salt and pepper and add the white sauce and celery declined.

Stir the mixture and pour into a buttered mould plum cake.

Put in the oven already warm (180°) and cook for 20 minutes.

Serve warm, cut into slices.
