Tuna and vegetable flan
Instructions
01295 VEGETABLE FLAN and tuna INGREDIENTS 4 PERSONS 1 pack of frozen vegetables, 100 ml (1/2 cup) cream, 150 g of tuna in oil, 4 eggs, oil, salt.
PROCEDURE 1.
Cook the vegetables as indicated on the package.

beat the eggs, add the vegetables and chopped tuna, mix well and ground salt.
3.
pour everything into a buttered flan mould and bake in the oven, Bain-Marie, for firm (about 35 minutes).
Drafted and serve accompanied with a mayonnaise or a bechamel.
