The brie tartlets

the BRIE TARTLETS 00289 INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 12 slices of rustic bread 4 tablespoons mango chutney, 200 g of brie cheese, a sprig of watercress for garnish, black pepper.
Oven-toasted bread slices on both sides.
Cut brie cheese into cubes.
Spread the mango chutney on slices of bread, spread on each slice of cheese cubes and pepateli.
Bake with the grill function for approximately one minute, the time necessary for the cheese to melt slightly.
Garnish the mini toast with fresh watercress and serve immediately.
