Instructions

00724 FRIED DUMPLINGS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g pre-cooked ravioli stuffed with fresh cheese, peanut oil, a bunch of Arugula, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of ground pink peppercorns, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder.

Heat the peanut oil in a frying pan.

Dip a few at a time the ravioli for about 20 seconds, so they are golden.

With the help of a skimmer, drain and place on a plate covered with paper towels.

Wash and dry the Arugula and place it on a serving platter.

Settle over the fried ravioli and copsargeteli with the balsamic vinegar.

Sprinkle with salt, red pepper and black pepper powder.

Serve.
