Instructions

00721 TREVISANA ROLLS with CHEESE and pears INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 50 g Fontina Cheese, salad leaves 8 Trevisana type, the juice of 1/2 lemon, 8 slices of ham in Prague, a PEAR, grated nutmeg, a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, black pepper.

Remove the crust at slice of cheese and then cut it into cubes.

Wash the salad and centrifugatela.

Peel the pears, cut in half and remove the core.

Then cut the flesh very thin lamellae and cover with the lemon juice and pour a few drops of olive oil.

Spread the salad leaves on work surface.

Fill each with a slice of ham, sliced pear and cheese cubes.

Sprinkle with nutmeg and pepper.

Roll up the leaves and serve very fresh rolls.
