Mint cheese cups
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 1 bowl of creamy cheese, 2 slices of pineapple, 200 g of whipped cream, 50 g walnuts, mint.
Cut the pineapple into small pieces.
Chop the walnuts and mix with the cream and fresh cheese.
Add the chopped Mint and pineapple, place it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
Serve very cold cheese placing it in cups.
