Cones of mushrooms

00012 CONES of MUSHROOMS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 50 g mushrooms, 100 ml whipping cream, 3 eggs, 50 g of cured ham, 75 g butter, 2 onions, 10 slices of bread, oil and salt.
Chop the onion and Brown it in olive oil, add the mushrooms and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Stir the chopped ham, beaten eggs, cream and 50 g of butter, season with salt and cook over a low heat.
Remove the crust from the bread and spread the slices with the rolling pin, formed by cones with a toothpick.
Melt the remaining butter, spread it on the cones and brown them in the oven.
Fill the cones with the mushrooms and serve immediately.
