Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1/2 of hake, 100 g green olives boneless, 100 g of capers, 1 bag of mashed potatoes, 1 jar of mayonnaise, 250 ml milk, pickled gherkins, 3 salt and butter.

Prepare the mashed potatoes as indicated on the package.

Cook hake in a little water with salt, drain and break it into small pieces.

Mix mayonnaise with olives, finely chopped gherkins and capers.

Together with mashed fish and half the mayonnaise, mix well and ripartiteli in equal parts in dishes and winter cherries with the rest of mayonnaise.
