Instructions

00060 PATE cheese INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 150 g of Camembert cheese; 150 g of fresh cheese; 50 g butter; 5 tablespoons of cream; salt and pepper.

Passed in the blender with Camembert cheese, butter and cream, in order to obtain a fine cream, seasoned with salt and pepper and put the dough in a bowl.

Leave it in the refrigerator for about 3/4 hours, serve with gherkins and slices of toast
