Avocado with prawns (avocado ai gamberetti)
Instructions
AVOCADO with PRAWNS 00313 INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 avocados, 150 g of boiled shrimp for garnish, a tablespoon of vinegar, 30 g of olive oil, juice of half a lemon, a TSP Worcester sauce, 150 g whipping cream, salt, pepper.
Cut Avocados in half, remove the core and take away the flesh, keeping the rinds.
Whip the cream, add all ingredients and beat them for about 10 minutes.
Put the mixture into a bowl and stir gently whipped cream.
Fill with the mixture avocados, garnished with shrimp and kept in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
