00286 VOL AU VENT with SEAFOOD INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 6 vol au vent, 1/2 kg of seafood clean, 300 g of white sauce, a clove of garlic, an onion, a glass of white wine, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper, oil. In a pan with hot oil fry a clove of garlic and chopped onion; Add the seafood well cleaned and when it will open add a glass of white wine. Remove all the shells and let cool. Then add the sauce, add salt and pepper and fill the vol au vent already lukewarm. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and chilli and serve immediately.
