Avocado with cream-hard-boiled

00285 AVOCADO with CREAM-HARD-BOILED EGG INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 avocados, 4 eggs, 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, 200 g cream, chopped mixed herbs, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Cook eggs in boiling water for a few minutes until they are firm.
Prepare the avocado cream by mixing mayonnaise with lemon juice, chopped herbs, salt and pepper.
Finally add the cream just whipped, stir and let stand in refrigerator for one hour.
When serving cut Avocados in half, place an egg over each avocado half and cover with the cream.
