00533 AVOCADO STUFFED with INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 avocado, 3 eggs, 50 g pitted green olives, 3 drops of tabasco, 50 g Endive salad, 2 tablespoons olive paste, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon coarse salt, pepper 1 dusting.
Wash and dry the avocado, cut them lengthwise and remove the stones.
