02341 APPLE RISOTTO INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g of Arborio rice, 3 apples, 60 g butter, onion, 900 g of vegetable broth, grated Parmesan cheese, one tablespoon of chopped parsley, white wine, salt and pepper.
FRY in a pan with butter, chopped onion, add the apples, peeled and cut into small pieces, mix and sprinkle with the white wine.
Pour the rice, let it toast and bring it to cooking, mixing, and pouring hot broth gradually it absorbed.
When cooked, stir in the parsley and cheese, served with ground pepper.
