Mint vinegar (3)
Instructions
Pour the vinegar into a saucepan and bring slowly to a boil.
Join the fresh mint and, if you like, even green fennel beards, and immediately remove the vinegar from the fire.
Let cool completely and let it sit overnight, then strain and bottle storage.
Leave to stand for one month before using it.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of white wine vinegar
- 1 handful of mint leaves
- 1 handful of barbe fennel greens
