Lining the walls of a mould with small slices of bread: fill with pieces of Apple, raisins, cinnamon, sugar and beaten egg worked together.
Bake for 10 minutes at 220 degrees.
In a small frying pan to caramelize the sugar, then add the cream and pine nuts and serve the sauce mou with Apple Pie.
